In the processing technology of soybean meal, temperature control is the most important link. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the protein content of soybean meal, and directly lead to the quality and use effect of soybean meal in the future. According to whether it is mixed into the soybean seed coat during the baking process, the soybean meal can be divided into the skinned soybean meal and the peeled soybean meal. The main difference is that the protein levels are different.

The United States, Brazil, Argentina, China, India, the European Union and other countries are the world's major soybean meal production areas. American soybean meal production has been accounting for more than 30% of the world's total. In recent years, China's crushing industry has developed rapidly, and the growth rate of Chinese soybean meal has maintained an annual growth rate of about 20%. China is a big producer of soybean meal. Since 2000, the annual output of soybean meal in China has exceeded 15 million tons for the first time. After 2001, the yield of soybean meal has continued to grow rapidly. For the first time in 2004, soybean meal production surpassed Brazil and Argentina, ranking second in the world after the United States. At the same time of the rapid development of domestic soybean meal production, the layout of soybean meal production in China has also undergone a fundamental transformation. Before the mid-1990s, the three northeastern provinces were the main production bases of soybean meal in China. The output accounted for more than 60% of the country, and after 2002, with The rapid development of crushing enterprises in coastal areas, Shandong, Jiangsu, Guangdong and other coastal areas have replaced the Northeast to become China's main soybean meal production base.
