Polyarylsulfone is one of the best varieties of heat-resistant engineering plastics. Its heat resistance is comparable to that of thermosetting high temperature resistant polyimide. The load deformation temperature is 275 ° C, and the long-term use temperature is 275 ° C. °C--260 °C can maintain good mechanical properties and electrical insulation properties. The performance of polyethersulfone is between sulfone and polyarylsulfone with a load temperature of 203 ° C and a long-term use temperature of -100 ° C - 180 ° C. Machinery industry: used to manufacture parts such as watch cases and parts, copiers and cameras, as hot water valves, refrigeration system appliances, transmission parts, etc. for food machinery. Polysulfone plastic can be used as a bearing for high temperature load after adding wear-resistant filler such as polytetrafluoroethylene or graphite, as well as piston ring, bearing cage, hot water measuring instrument, warm water pump body and impeller.


Electronic appliances: can be used to manufacture integrated circuit boards for televisions, stereos and computers. It can also be used to make electrical and electronic equipment casings, plating tanks, oscilloscope casings and coil holders, capacitor films and wires, cable coatings, various Small precision electronic components. Polyarylsulfone can be used as a Class C insulating material to make various high temperature coil holders, switches, connectors, and the like. Polyethersulfone can also be used as a coil bobbin, coil frame, microcapacitor, and the like. Glass fiber reinforced polyethersulfone can be used as a thyristor insulator, a miniature potentiometer housing, and an integrated circuit socket.


Transportation: used to manufacture dashboards, differential covers, guards, ball bearing cages, engine gears, thrust rings, etc. on vehicles; hot air ducts and frame windows on aircraft.


Medical equipment: because of its transparency and heat-resistant water, steam, alcohol and hygienic characteristics, it can be used to make gas masks, sterilizers that contact eye pieces, endoscope parts, artificial heart valves, artificial dentures, etc.; It can be made into a respirator, a blood pressure check tube, a dental mirror holder, a syringe, and the like.
