[China Superhard Materials Network News] In order to respect the wishes of the member units and fully embody democracy and voluntariness, the club secretariat in January 2014 supervised the registration of the fifth director and above by all members in (2014) No. 001 The member unit is required to submit the application form to the Secretariat before March 1, 2014. After the registration and collection, the fourth meeting of the six executive directors was held in April 2014 to conduct the voting. After the pre-election, according to the voting results, the chairman's communication meeting was held in June 2014, and more than half of the candidates who received the votes were selected. In the second round of voting, due to the appearance of a flat vote in the candidate unit of the vice president, a third round of voting was conducted on the three units at the end of June. The final election results are: 66 directors and above, including 1 director unit, 20 vice president units, 22 standing director units, and 23 governing units. This result was reported as the fifth director and above candidate to the fifth member representative assembly and finally voted in equal amount. The Secretary-General is nominated by the fifth chairman of the board of directors. It is proposed to be invited to vote at the Fifth General Assembly and select the fifth leading body at all levels and its responsible person. The entire preparatory process reflects and runs through democracy, voluntariness, fairness and justice.
