The test site is located in the single-season rice field of Qintianxi farmers in Nantang Community, Taozhou Town, Guangde County, Anhui Province, and the variety is Japonica 93. The soil fertility in the experimental field was high, the management in the early stage was normal, and the rice growth was good. At 5 pm on August 2, the rice was applied at the beginning of the booting stage, and there was no obvious water layer in the field. The rice leaf roller is more harmful, with a leaf-rolling rate of 68% and a hundred-cage insects of 300 heads, mainly 3 to 5 instar larvae.

The trial arranged 4 treatments, 3 replicates, and a total of 12 plots. The cells are randomly arranged, with an area of ​​0.2 mu per plot. Killing 480 g / liter of doxorubicin suspension agent, US 50 g / liter of uranium emulsifiable concentrate, Kang wide 200 g / liter of chlorantraniliprole suspension agent 3 kinds of medicaments per acre amount of 6 ml, 30 ml And 10 ml, set the water control, add 30 kg of water per acre. When applying the medicine, the yin is more boring. After 1 hour of application, the thunderstorm is short. In the next 7 days, there is a short thunderstorm every day. The rainfall is not large, and the rice growth is sullen, which has little effect on the control effect. 2 days and 7 days after the drug, the efficacy investigation was conducted. Each plot was randomly surveyed for 100 plexes, all the worms were removed, the number of live insects was delineated, the larval age was recorded, and the control effect was calculated.

Two days after the drug was investigated, the rate of leaf curling in the three treatments ranged from 61% to 67%, which was not significantly different from the control and before treatment. At the time of stripping, it was found that all the treatments had a small number of dead insects, and the control effect of chlorantraniliprole and doxorubicin was 43.33% to 46.67%, and the control effect was equivalent. It is indicated that these two kinds of medicaments have certain quick-acting effect on the old rice leaf roller, but they are still not very satisfactory. The control effect of guanidine urea was only 13.33%. When the stripping was found, the activity of the old worms was slower and should be poisoned. It can also be seen from the rate of leaf rolling that there is no significant increase in leaf rolling in the rice stalks during the overeating period, indicating that although it has not died, the damage has been greatly reduced.

After 7 days of drug investigation, the rate of leaf rolling decreased during the three drug treatments, which was maintained between 40.33% and 52.3%. The data and control of the two days after the drug decreased significantly, and the effect of leaf retention increased. The leaf retention effect of spinosad and guanidine urea was about 60%, and the leaf retention effect of chlorantraniliprole was 47%. The data of the three treatments showed significant improvement over the two days after the drug treatment. The correct control effect of guanidine urea was the highest, which was 87.88%. The corrective control effect of chlorantraniliprole and doxorubicin was 60.61. % and 69.7%, the difference is more significant.
