According to the purity analysis result and the predetermined copper strip purity control value, the furnace master adds the copper furnace. The corresponding weight of copper and zinc material, so that the required qualified copper strip can be produced.

Laboratory

Laboratory: In order to ensure the production of finished products that are both qualified and economical, the accuracy of the test results is still important. The laboratory's responsibility is to quickly and accurately tell the furnace master the results of the test according to the inspection of the copper. At present, the purity of copper products in our factory is controlled between 60.02 and 60.08. According to my statistics, the purity of each copper material is about 60.9-62.20, and the results are satisfactory.

But it is worth noting that during my understanding of the laboratory process, a small episode occurred, which was just opened on the day, and the white lab tester found that one of the starch reagents had precipitated and deteriorated, which would cause the laboratory work to continue, and the consequences would be It is impossible to discharge the copper strips in time, resulting in direct power consumption and loss of time without cause. Fortunately, the tester responded quickly enough. After 40 minutes of air conditioning and cold air, the starch reagent was rushed out before the copper block was sent for inspection. It was found that the starch reagent deteriorated at a higher room temperature after six days. During this period, the laboratory technician did not check the various reagents early, and prepared for production to have an unshirkable responsibility. This matter gives us a wake-up call, the factory tester must regularly check and pre-match all kinds of reagents, so as to avoid the occurrence of reagent deterioration or insufficient dosage, resulting in production lag.

Cut zone

Cutting area: the complete copper strip is pulled by the sling, placed on the special cutting table, and then cut by the cutting wheel saw, and each piece of copper block with a length and width of 100cm×9.2cm×18.5cm is obtained, and the weight is about 130. About a kilogram, the surface of the copper strip is smoothed and smoothed by a copper strip washer, which is beneficial to the flatness and smoothness of the surface of the copper strip processed later. At present, because the surface of the produced copper strip is not ideal, the thickness of each side is 2 mm, for example, if the copper strip after washing has a protruding portion, it can be polished with a grinding wheel.

Hot rolling zone

The cut copper strip is heated at a high temperature of 1000 ° C, then hot rolled, and rolled into a copper strip having a thickness of about 2.3 cm.
