Mold Design Specification 1. Use the FUTABA standard mold base structure mold base.

23. All assembly groups shall have exact tolerances and shall not be left with traces of percussion.

24. All the stencils should be chamfered except for the parting surface.

25. The mold for the electric heater must be accompanied by a circuit diagram for the correct wiring of the production unit.

26. When the mold needs to be bitten, the draft angle should be at least 2 degrees, and the depth of the bite should be increased by 1 degree for every 0.001". 28. The mold design should meet the requirements of the finished drawing.

29. Provide detailed drawings of all parts that are not part of the standard specifications.

31. The thickness and adhesion strength of the plated parts must be paid special attention and must not be peeled off after use.
