The gold deposit in the Taohuayuan mining area of ​​Taojiang County in Hunan Province is a commercial exploration project. The operation area is located between the Taojiang rock mass and the Yanbaqiao rock mass, and the original attacking mineral species are gold mines. In 2012, the Hunan Provincial Bureau of Geological Exploration 418 carried out an exploration mission and discovered tungsten mineralization information on the surface through preliminary surveys. The members of the project team, based on the review of the original area adjustment data, viewing the borehole cores of previous construction personnel, and comprehensively analyzing the mineralization geological conditions of the mining area, boldly inferred the possibility of the existence of large porphyry tungsten ore bodies in the mining area and proposed an increase in the main attack. In July 2013, the first verification drill in the mining area revealed a 375-meter thick porphyry body with a tungsten trioxide grade of 0.02 to 1.55×10-2, accompanied by molybdenum, gold and copper mineralization. Over the past two years, the project team has drilled a total of 6,856 m / 10 holes in the mining area, among which there are 9 drill holes. See the 90% ore rate, and the industrial ore body has a maximum thickness of 282.8 m with a maximum grade of 2.046%. According to preliminary estimates, the amount of tungsten resources in the mining area can reach a large scale.
