In the field planting, high-risk areas of Fusarium toxin in wheat, such as Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, and southern Henan, should be selected for planting in this region, with mild resistance to scab or low toxin accumulation, and should not be planted across regions; Sowing, ensuring the seedlings and seedlings, reducing the chance of encountering rainy weather during the heading and flowering period; using the precision or semi-precision seeding technique to control the planting density of wheat.

In the growth of wheat, it is necessary to prevent water accumulation in the field. After rain, it should be drained and degraded in time. Especially during the flowering and maturity stages, it is not advisable to over-irrigate and control the humidity in the field. In the wheat harvesting stage, harvesting should be carried out at the end of the wheat wax to the beginning of ripening and when the moisture content is ≤22%. In case of continuous high temperature and high humidity weather, it should be grabbed and harvested by combine harvester. In the area where the risk of Fusarium toxin is contaminated, the air volume of the combine harvester should be appropriately increased, and the threshing room and storage bin of the harvesting machine should be cleaned in time to avoid toxin pollution. The moisture content should be determined in time after harvesting, and the water content of the grain should be less than 12.5%. When the moisture content is higher than 12.5%, the conditional areas may be air-dried or mechanically dried according to the requirements of the Wheat Drying Technical Specification (GB/T21016-2007), and cooled and stored in a ventilated and dry place as soon as possible; In areas where temporary storage is required, it should be ensured that the moisture content is less than 14% and the temporary storage time should not exceed 10 days. After the harvest, the straw should not be directly returned to the field, and should be destroyed or decomposed at high temperature to reduce the source of initial infection of the next year.

After harvesting, the wheat should be regularly monitored for temperature, humidity and grain moisture content before storage. The storage temperature and humidity should be adjusted according to the moisture content. Regularly detect the content of Fusarium toxin in stored wheat. According to the National Food Safety Standard for Mycotoxins in Foods (GB2761-2017), the content of deoxynivalenol (vomiting toxin) exceeds 1,000 μg/kg or zearalenone. Wheat with a content of more than 60 μg/kg should be separated, stored separately, and promptly notified to relevant departments.

In the wheat transportation process, the transportation tools and storage containers should be cleaned and dried before and after transportation. If necessary, use a registered biocide to disinfect the vehicle. The transportation process should adopt measures such as sealing containers and draping cloth to prevent the wheat from getting wet during transportation. The continuous high temperature (30 ° C) during transportation should not exceed 5 days.
