He Jianbo took the initiative to request that the first driving excavator to open the semi-vacuum section, control the excavator between the cliffs of 100 meters high, clear the collapse of the body, after 10 hours of fighting, opened up the life channel.

In the 18 years since he joined the army , He Jianbo has experienced many times. He and his comrades are stationed at Ali Plateau for more than 4,000 years . They guard the smooth flow of the new Tibet Highway and completed rescue missions such as the rescue of the new Tibet Line, the snow disaster rescue in Sacri County, and the rescue of mudslides in Kecheng Township in Yecheng, Xinjiang.
