Embedded Hard Disk Video Recorder Troubleshooting
1. After the 220V power supply is plugged in, turn on the power switch, the panel "POWER" light is off, the chassis fan does not turn
1) The power cord is bad;
2) The switching power supply is bad.
2. After the 220V power supply is plugged in, turn on the power switch. The “POWER†light on the panel is green, but the chassis fan does not turn.
1) The panel cable is broken;
2) The panel is bad.
3. After the 220V power supply is plugged in, turn on the power switch. The “POWER†light on the panel is on and green, but all the remaining lights on the panel light up immediately, and the chassis fan does not turn on.
The ATX plug on the motherboard is loose and not inserted in the end.
4. Symptoms: After the DVR is turned on, it is constantly restarted, and a "squeak" call is issued every 10 seconds or so.
1) Upgraded the wrong program;
2) bad compression plate;
3) The motherboard is bad.
5. After the DVR is turned on, there is no image on the monitor connected to V-OUT
1) The video cable connected to the monitor is broken;
2) Bad interface board of DVR;
3) The hard disk recorder's motherboard is broken.
6, at startup, the hard disk can not be found
1) bad hard drive cable;
2) The hard disk power cable is not inserted;
3) The hard disk is bad.
7. The RS-232 serial port has no output on the character terminal interface after power on, or the RS-232 serial port output is normal, but when the keyboard is pressed, there is no response on the terminal interface.
1) Bad RS-232 serial cable;
2) The serial port of the PC is bad;
3) The motherboard's RS-232 serial port is bad.
8. The PTZ connected to the RS-485 interface of the DVR is not controlled
1) The RS-485 interface cable connection is incorrect;
2) The type of PTZ decoder is wrong;
3) The motherboard's RS-485 interface is bad.
9, the client can not be video and audio network transmission
1) One or more of the DVR IP address, port number, user name, and password entered in "Local Configuration" on the client interface are incorrect;
2) The network line is not good;
3) The motherboard's network interface is broken.
Alnico is an alloy of Aluminium, Nickel and Cobalt.It also contains Iron , Copper ,Titanium, Different metal
component constitution will form different magnet properties, application will also change accordingly.
Alnico is produced by sintered or casted technique,Its`surfaces may need machining,or to be ground for a smoother surface finish and looks brightly metallic looking. Casting means can producing AlNiCo forvariety sizes and shapes, Sintered Alnico is subsize and have very tiny tolorance but machanical performance is not good.
The most commonly used Alnico is Alnico5. There are 4 sort of cast Alnico5 plus a singlesort of sintered Alnico5 (sintered Alnico and cast Alnico have slightly different magnetic and mechanical performance). Among the permanent magnetic materials, AlNiCo have the best reversible temperature coefficient, the highest working temperature up to 500 ℃,it has the
hardest and toughest strongness.Most ALNICO Magnet grades are anisotropic (axial / vertical direction add magnetization).The others are isotropic(horizontal direction magnetized and usually have many poles on one magnet) they are weaker on magnetism but offer more options on design and properties.
