This standard clearly stipulates the grades, status, specifications, chemical composition, allowable dimensional deviation, low-magnification organization, microstructure, appearance quality, quality control, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, and specifications of deformed aluminum and aluminum alloy round ingots. The requirements for transportation and storage apply to deformed aluminum and aluminum alloy round ingot blanks for extrusion, forging and other processing methods.
Compared with YS/T67-1993, this standard has undergone major changes in the content, and the applicable number has been expanded to 1×××, 2×××, 3×××, 5×××, 6×××, 7 × × ×, 8 × × ×, and all use four digital number. The standard does not include 4 Series alloys because the production and inspection of 4 Series alloys is not the same as other alloys, and there is no inspection method for forming. This standard lists S6063 alloy, its Ti content is 0.01% to 0.02%, and the remaining components are the same as 6063. Other specific grades and chemical composition should comply with GB/T 3190 regulations. At the standard final meeting, the S6063 alloy and its Ti content were eliminated. The standard specification was expanded from 300mm to 550mm; quality control content was added; inspection and acceptance of microstructures and microstructures of ingots were carried out according to GB/T3246. The original standard name has not been adapted to the needs of development. The grades are limited to LD30 and LD31 alloys. According to the use of these years, it has obviously failed to meet the needs of the circulation field. Therefore, the revision changed the brand to deformed aluminum and aluminum alloy round casting. Ingots have caused their capacity to expand several times.
The standard was implemented in 2006.
