Aluminium and aluminum alloy scrap, waste parts classification and technical conditions

Foreword

This standard is an amendment to GB/T13586-92 "Aluminum and aluminum alloy waste, waste classification and technical conditions".

Compared with GB/13586-92, this standard has the following changes:

1. The physical standard classification of the original standard waste, grouped by alloy grades. After revision, they are still classified in physical form, but the group revisions are grouped according to the name of the waste;

2. The original standard was too fine for the level of waste (mostly 6), and it was not easy to operate. After the revision, the level was reduced to 3 to 5, making it simple, versatile and easy to operate, and moving closer to ISRI standards;

3. The original standard is mainly aimed at the waste generated by the aluminum processing industry, which is convenient for enterprises to classify and recycle and use them directly. The revised standard also applies to the recycling, processing, and domestic and foreign trade of aluminum scrap in circulation;

4. Revised standards, with appropriate modifications to the technical requirements of waste, emphasizing the environmental requirements for waste;

5. Delete the reference standard from the original standard test method, emphasize the negotiation of supply and demand, and if there is any objection, carry out the analysis according to the relevant national standards; this standard is proposed by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association; this standard is measured by China Nonferrous Metal Industry Standards. The institute is responsible for the administration. The standard was drafted by Beijing Zhongxue Recycled Metal Research Institute. This standard was drafted by Hebei Lizhong Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xinge Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Wantai Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.; the main drafters of this standard: Wang Jiwei, Zhang Xizhong, Yang Xiaojun, Ye Zonghui, Xu Hong, Li Xiarong. The standard includes the National Light Metal Standardization Technical Committee Light Metal Subcommittee responsible for interpretation (telephone)
