The content and objectives of the key implementation of high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment are: focus on the key technologies of CNC systems and functional components, enhance the independent innovation capability of China's high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment, and realize the host and CNC system. Coordinated development of functional components, heavy-duty, super-heavy equipment and fine equipment are deployed to create a complete industrial chain. The domestic market share of domestic high-end CNC systems has reached 8% to 10%. Developed 40 kinds of major, precise and complete sets of equipment, and the reliability of CNC machine tools has increased by more than 60%, which basically meets the major needs of the four fields of aerospace, shipbuilding, automobile and power generation equipment manufacturing.

The national “high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment” technology special project “Development and demonstration application of flexible tool five-axis grinding flexible manufacturing unit” has been approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the research content of the project is oriented to the requirements of solid carbide tool flexible manufacturing unit. Research on the key technologies of five-axis tool grinding center structure design, process, stability, reliability and intelligence, establish a five-axis grinding flexible manufacturing unit for solid carbide tools, and form high-precision drills, milling cutters, reamers, etc. The grinding process plan of cemented carbide tools realizes the measurement, automatic dressing, dynamic balance and automatic compensation in the grinder, as well as the mixed flow production of various types of hard props and the monitoring of the operation status of the manufacturing unit, reaching the international advanced level. And implement the application in the user. It is believed that the research of this project will promote the rapid development of the manufacturing machine tool industry.
