Japan's light metals company announced on September 12 that it has introduced a new product for the solar panel stand "Alsolmega" set on the slope. It can be placed on a undulating slope and is said to be easy to set up where heavy equipment cannot be accessed because of its light weight.
The previous "Alsolmega" solar panel racks were used on flat ground and have been sold over 100MW. It is said that the characteristics of aluminum are fully utilized, and it is characterized by relatively light weight and excellent weather resistance. Since the unit is made in advance in the factory, there is an advantage that the efficiency of the construction site can be improved. According to the environmental conditions of the construction area and the conditions specified by the customer, the structural calculation can be carried out according to the project, and the relevant cost plan for optimizing the design is proposed.
The new product has been improved on the basis of the original "Alsolmega" to cope with the increased demand for slope photovoltaic power generation systems and megawatt photovoltaic power plants. As with the flat section, the new product also uses the unit construction method, thus shortening the construction period. In terms of sales price, it is reduced by about 20% compared with the original product. In the future, it will be combined with the flat models to meet the needs of customers.
In addition to Japan's light metals, the sales company also has NLM ECAL, light and light engineering, LIGHT ACT, Nippon light industry, light-duty profile and Riken light metal industry.
