At the meeting, Xu Zhenghong of Yizheng Shenwei Stamping Co., Ltd. gave a speech on the theme of “China's automobile stamping parts industry development direction”, specifically explaining four types of automobile stamping automation:

1. Tandem stand-alone line automatic punching line

The tandem-type single-machine integrated automatic press line usually adopts 5-6 sets of presses, and is equipped with a robot feeding system or a robot handling system to realize in-line automation, which is generally used for producing outer cover parts and large inner plate parts.

The robotic feeding system has high investment and fast cycle. Miller Wanjiadun's Speedbar fast crossbar conveying system, a single linear conveying mechanism can cover the entire working surface of the two front and rear presses, and can be used from the previous one. Grab the workpiece and directly transfer it to the next order mold to ensure that the production tempo of the large cover reaches 13-15 min-1.

The robot handling system has high flexibility, low investment, and the production cycle can reach 4-9 min-1, which has unique advantages in multi-variety, medium and small batch production.

2. Large multi-station press

The large multi-station press is generally composed of a demolition machine, a large press, an automatic feeding system and a discharging system. The production cycle can reach 16~25min-1, and the general Opel Automobile Company started to use 63000KN in 2000. The position press produces the car top cover with an efficiency of 16min-1. Jinan No. 2 Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. has developed a variety of multi-station presses such as 25000kN, 30,000kN, and 50000kN.

According to the different conveying methods of the workpiece, the multi-station press feeding system can be divided into three coordinate types and a vacuum suction cup type.

3. Servo press

The servo press directly drives the eccentric gear through the servo motor to realize the slider movement process, eliminating the flywheel and brake of the press. The stroke of the slider, the speed curve of the slider, the holding time of the bottom dead point can be arbitrarily programmed according to the stamping requirements of the part. The nominal pressure, etc., can reach the nominal tonnage of the press even at low speed operation, low running noise, good energy saving effect and high production efficiency. Foreign large-scale servo presses with a birth output of more than 1,000 tons have been studied abroad, and servo-type presses in Japan have gradually entered a popularization period. At present, only China's Yizhong, Qier and Jinan two machine tools have been researched on such products. At present, major key technologies such as high-power servo motors have not yet broken through.

4. Hot forming press

Hot stamping is a special production line, which mainly includes heating furnace, conveying mechanism, hot forming press, hot stamping die, loading and unloading mechanism. The thermoforming press is the core of hot stamping technology. It has the functions of rapid clamping and pressing and timekeeping. It also needs to be equipped with a rapid cooling system. The technical level is complex and it is all dependent on imports. In 1977, there were about 3 million hot-formed parts in the world. In 1977, it reached 8 million pieces. In 2007, it has reached more than 100 million pieces. It is expected to reach more than 350 million pieces in 2013.

2. Applications:DCP, as an excellent organic peroxide, is mainly used as the crosslinking agents of PE, EVA resins; the vulcanizing agent of EPDM, natural rubber, nitrile rubber; the initiating agent of polymerization reaction; the curing agent of unsaturated polyester; and the conditioning agent in polypropylene melt index, etc. It is widely used in wires and cable, EPS, shoemaking, fire retardant paint and other industries.
3. Packing, storage, and transportation

(1) The internal packing of this product is PE plastic bags, and the net weight of each bag is 5 kg. The external packing is corrugated paper, and the net weight of each carton is 20 kg.
(2) The storage temperature: below 30 ℃.
(3) In the transportation, the exposure to strong sunlight and rain should be avoided;
(4) Protect it from heat, strong acid, and reducing agents in storage and transportation.
