Precautions for use
â– To ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of the test data, select a uniform substrate and prepare the sample according to the same coating process.
■Soak the brush in water at 20 °C for 30 minutes before use, then dry it and soak it in 0.5% soap solution for 10 minutes.
â– The brush must be replaced when the bristles are worn to a length of less than 16 mm.
â– The electronic balance of the knot is determined based on the damage of the coating in the middle of the test panel with a length of 100 mm.
