The chamfering on the pin hole of the piston is not complicated. Usually, the heart-filled tire is clamped on the lathe, and the hole is cut with a 45° inner hole cutter, and only about 500 pieces per shift can be processed. Each production line of this process occupies one C616 lathe, and it is inconvenient to replace other tooling after processing. To this end, we have made the internal chamfering equipment, the effect is ideal. The inner chamfering device is as shown in the figure. The action principle is that the motor switch 4 is turned on, the motor 24 is started, the main shaft 13 and the cutter shaft 7 are rotated, and the piston is gently pushed into the cutter shaft 7, and the foot brake 1 is pressed with the foot.
