Rubber cushion application
Rubber shock absorbing products mainly include rubber cushions, rubber air springs, rubber fenders, sponge and cork rubber cushions, elastic couplings and flexible joints.
E.g:
1. Rubber cushion. Most of them are rubber and metal composite products. They are available in double-plate type, cylindrical type, sheet type, etc., and are used for shock absorption and sound insulation of various machinery, instruments, axles and pipelines.
2. Rubber air springs. It is better than the metal spring for shock absorption and impact resistance, and is mainly used in vehicles. The structure is somewhat similar to that of a tubeless tire. The ply is a pressure-resistant layer with an air-tight rubber layer and an oil-resistant and aging-resistant protective rubber layer.
3. Rubber bearing. It is made of a rubber sheet bonded to a rigid material (steel plate, wire mesh, canvas). The latter can increase the compressive strength of the support and has little effect on the shear strength. The rubber bridge support can transfer the bridge load to the abutment and adapt to the deformation of the bridge and reduce the vibration. Rubber building supports reduce the impact of subways and surrounding vehicles and earthquakes on buildings.
4. Rubber mat. Made of rubber tree to collect latex, it has good wear resistance, high elasticity, tear strength and elongation. It is easy to age in the air, it becomes sticky when it is hot, and it is easy to swell and dissolve in mineral oil or gasoline. Alkali resistance but not strong acid. Advantages: good elasticity, acid and alkali resistance.
Rubber cushion installation
(1) Before the installation of the rubber cushion, the installation position of the support should be tested. The plane of the support should be parallel to the sliding plane or rolling plane of the support, and the deviation of the parallelism should not exceed 2‰.
(2) Before the block is installed, check the relative position of the movable support top and the bottom plate.
(3) After the block is installed, the rolling and sliding planes should be horizontal, and the slope of the theoretical plane should be no more than 2‰. On the support, the lower plate center responds, and the deviation is not more than 2‰.
(4) In order to ensure the flat installation of the pad, generally between the bottom surface of the support and the top surface of the professional stone, a 20~50mm thick dry and non-shrinking mortar cushion should be built. The arrangement of the rubber blocks is mainly related to the structural form of the bridge.
