1. The machine guide rail is in poor lubrication

Inspection site: 1 Check the lubrication pipe of the lubrication pump and the machine guide rail. 2 Check the oil supply of the lubrication pump.

Remedy: 1 Add G100# rail lubricant to the oil pump tank to the oil mark position. 2 Remove the blockage in the oil pipe, loosen the fastening screw in the hole of the lubrication pump wrench, ensure that the plunger pump will inject 0.2~1mL of oil every 7.5min, or manually lift the handle of the pump several times to clear the lubrication. Pipeline.

2. The machine tool ball screw pair has poor lubrication

Inspection site: Check the cross slide and the Z-axis ball screw pair.

Remedy: Move the cross slide, remove the guide rail cover, and improve the lubrication conditions to make it regularly lubricated.

3. Cross slide (feed drive) X-axis, Z-axis movement is not smooth or can not move

(1) Inspection part: Check whether the coordinate axes of the machine tool and the ball screw pair overload clutch are disengaged. Remedy: Remove the shield of the cross slide guide rail, fix the timing belt, and then insert the 8mm hex wrench into the outer surface hole of the safety clutch, and rotate the ball screw in the same direction as the overload drive until the clutch recombines. To a clear combination of sounds.

(2) Inspection site: Check if the cross slide plate is damaged. Remedy: Remove the lower pressure plate and adjust the grinding to make the gap between the pressure plate and the guide rail 0.0115~0.02mm.

(3) Inspection site: Check the cross slide insert. Remedy: Loosen the adjusting screw of the insert and rotate the insert bolt clockwise with a flat-screw to make the two axes move flexibly. Re-adjust the strip to make the gap 0.006~0.01mm, then tighten the adjusting screw.

(4) Inspection site: Check if the scraper plate of the cross slide guide is damaged or the amount of press-in is too large. Remedy: Replace the damaged scraping plate, adjust the normal pressing amount of the scraping plate and the guide rail, and improve the lubrication conditions to make it lubricate normally.

4. The rotary tool holder interferes during operation

(1) Inspection site: The rotary tool holder interferes in the locked state. Remedy: Loosen the screws (7 in total) on the end face of the cutter head, remove the cutter head end face pin hole protection screws (1 in total), index the cutter head to the correct position and use the 8mm taper pin Insert the taper pin hole calibration cutter head, re-fasten the 7 screws, take out the positioning pin to save, and finally install the protection screw. At the same time, it is necessary to manually change the position when re-driving to further check whether the transposition mechanism in the cutter box is damaged.

(2) Inspection site: Check the transposition mechanism. Method of exclusion:

Use the supplied metal rod to move the vane of the motor housing that has been disassembled to the lower cutter holder until the cutter head completes the transposition without any hindrance. If the position cannot be changed, the indexing mechanism is damaged. The damaged parts must be damaged. To replace, you need to remove the transposition mechanism and replace it with a new one. After the manual position change, the cutter head enters a certain position. It must be checked that the position number displayed on the screen is the same as the actual position number of the cutter head in the working position.

5. The spindle is thrown or stopped during strong cutting

(1) Inspection site: The main drive timing belt is too loose. Remedy: Loosen the motor mounting screws, adjust the tensioning strap to meet the tightening requirements, and then tighten the motor mounting screws.

(2) Inspection site: There is oil on the surface of the transmission belt. Remedy: Wipe clean with a cleaning agent and reinstall.
