LME aluminum prices will fall back in 2005

February 28 news: The Australian Bureau of Agriculture and Resources Economics (ABARE) pointed out on Monday that the average LME aluminum price in 2005 will fall to an average level of US$1,675 per ton on the basis of an average of US$1716 per ton in 2004, but still It will be much higher than the average level of $1,431 per ton in 2003. In contrast, last Friday's three-month aluminum LME closed at 1910.50 US dollars per ton. This year, the slowdown in global aluminum consumption growth, aluminum production and inventory increase will be the main reasons for the decline in aluminum prices.
