In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of environmental pollution in the stone processing industry and achieve clean production, the notice on the prevention and control of environmental pollution in the stone processing industry is as follows:
First, the prevention and control of waste gas pollution
1. The stone cutting production line must be operated by wet method, and it is strictly forbidden to produce dust pollution by dry operation.
2, fire board or litchi surface processing production line must be equipped with a dust collector, discharged through the 15-meter high exhaust pipe, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the standard discharge.
3, the product yard and roads must be hardened, the plant area should be planted according to local conditions to plant trees such as the paulownia and other trees with large canopy, using trees to vacuum and dust. The blocks must be mined and discharged into stock.
4. The factory installs an atomized sprinkler system that is compatible with unorganized emission sources, and sprays dust suppression.
5. Install the vehicle automatic flushing system on the vehicle driving route inside the gate of the factory. All incoming and outgoing vehicles must enter the flushing system for flushing.
6, the road into the plant must be higher than the ground plane, there are side ditch on both sides, easy to wash, plant trees on both sides of the road or separated by stone balls, the factory roads are mechanized cleaning.
Second, wastewater pollution prevention
1. Drainage pipe network and sediment purification and circulation system for wet processing production lines such as Daqi and Xiaoqi, all flushing wastewater is recycled, and it is strictly forbidden to overflow.
2. Vehicle washing system construction wastewater sedimentation purification, circulation system, flushing wastewater recycling.
3. Set up rainwater and spray water collection and drainage system in the plant area, and set up sedimentation tank before the drainage system to ensure that the water reaches the standard.
Third, solid waste pollution prevention
1. The waste rock foam recovered in the wastewater sedimentation tank or the waste rock foam separated by the dry-wet separator must enter the temporary storage yard of waste rock foam, the bottom of the temporary storage site is hardened, the roof is set up, and the wind and dust suppression measures are set on three sides. The liquid discharge guide flow communicates with the wastewater sedimentation circulation pool 2. The temporary storage waste rock foam is timely transported to the waste rock foam storage yard for storage or transportation to the relevant enterprises for comprehensive utilization, and it is strictly prohibited to pollute the environment.
3, waste slate, stone, stone chips and other wastes should be stored in a special storage, topped, surrounded by four sides, the area meets the production needs, the factory is not allowed to pile up the waste.
Fourth, other environmental management requirements
1. Formulate an environmental protection management system and clarify full-time environmental protection management and work
2. Install environmental video surveillance facilities before the end of April 2018, and network with the county environmental protection bureau video surveillance system
3. Produce in strict accordance with the requirements of environmental impact assessment and examination and approval. If the scale and production process required by the environmental impact assessment are not consistent, the environmental assessment shall be resubmitted.
All stone processing enterprises shall, in accordance with the above requirements, seriously rectify and complete the rectification tasks, and submit the acceptance application to the leading group of the pollution treatment and rectification work of Fangcheng County in the stone processing industry in a timely manner.
